Can OCS support multilanguage character set?

I tried to test the OCS and GLPI, these wonderful products are all working properly, but I am facing a problem, when agent sends data to server, all information can read very good if client OS and software name is English. if clients have SimpleChinese and Tradition Chinese OS and Softwares, we will receive a random character that can't be read on our server. GLPI also will import these random characters from OCS. so can OCS have better way support Chinese or other language?
Because all information on server comes from OCS Agent,I think if Agent can support multi-language, will all things become better?

I have the same problem for the chineese support. we need to gather the software amount but it always return the random character.
How can I solve this problem?
