I tried to test the OCS and GLPI, these wonderful products are all working properly, but I am facing a problem, when agent sends data to server, all information can read very good if client OS and software name is English. if clients have SimpleChinese and Tradition Chinese OS and Softwares, we will receive a random character that can't be read on our server.

How can I solve this problem?
